He is survived by: his wife Michelle Powell of Moselle; his children, Bubba Powell (Breanne) of Laurel, Howard Powell (Crystal) of Beaumont, Desirae Zamora (Timothy) of Ovett, Jacob Powell (Kayla) of Moselle and Joshua Powell of Moselle; his grandchildren, Danielle Powell, Cammen Powell, Baylee Powell, Haylee Powell, Jordan Tucker, Marshall Tucker, Luke Zamora, Trinitty Zamora, Marilyn Powell, Riley Powell, Maria Powell, Addilee Powell, Elijah Powell, Skyler Tucker, Chassie Powell and Thomas Powell; and his siblings, Raymond Rogers of Philadelphia, Rebecca Anderson of Iowa and Shanna Carter of Ellisville.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM at the Jones & Son Funeral Home-Richton (104 Cypress St, Richton, MS 39476). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Powell Cemetery (71 S Tungoil Rd, Beaumont, MS 39423).
