He is survived by: his wife Sharon Donald; his children, Shelly Ingram (Todd), Tonya Mazurek, Shannon Caffey (Andrea), Ladonna Mallette (Glen), Mike Carlisle (Amy) and Kimberly Kirk (Andy); his grandchildren, Tim Smith, Chase Breslaw, Noah Breslaw, Sophia Mazurek, Hunter Owens (Laykin), Tori Wilks, Alexis Vance, Isaac Mallette, Taylor Mallette, Curtis Mallette (Abi), Reese Carlisle (Nichole), Will Carlisle, Zane Adams and Allora White (Chris); his great grandchildren, Christopher Smith, Kaden White and Ariyah White; and his siblings, James Donald (Katie), Betty Couty (Rick), Beverly Robinson (Bill) and Sarah Donald Ward. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and an untold number of friends.
