He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph William and Catherine Bernell Parks. He is survived by: his wife Candace Joan Parks of Moselle; his children, Carrie McIntyre of Perkinston, Candace Bishop (David) of Moselle, Mike Parks (Betty) of Moselle and Greg Parks of Moselle; and his sisters, Paulett Butler of Moselle and Jo Allen of Hattiesburg. He is also survived by grandchildren and (10) great-grandchildren.
