He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Biggs and Elizabeth Biggs; his son Carl Biggs; and his stepdaughter Charlene Madden. He is survived by: his wife Rose Hankins Biggs of Moselle; his sons, Dean Biggs (Amy) of Memphis, TN and Clay Biggs (Gloria) of Memphis, TN; and his stepdaughters, Gladys Thompson (Charlie) of Eastabuchie, Shirley Wheat (John) of Eastabuchie and Mary Overstreet of Moselle. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
