He is survived by: his wife Brenda Cushman Loper; his children, Kevin Loper, Marvin Loper (Hayley), Timothy Loper, Kayla Mccartney (Shane) and Julia Driver (William); his mother Barbara Busby Tisdale; and his brothers, Dwayne Loper (Roxanne) and Chris Loper (Angela). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
