He was predeceased by: his parents, Terrye Tate and Roy Tate; and his caregiver Pauline Jamison. He is survived by: his caregiver Veronica Jamison (family: Lynn Browers, Terry, Brandi Stephens) of Petal; and his great-nieces, Claira and Caylee Stephens.
