He was predeceased by: his children, Cynthia and Duane; his parents, Cecil Taylor and Vera Taylor; his brothers, Lee Taylor and Robert Taylor; his grandmother Hattie Swindal; and the mother of his children Ann.
He is survived by: his daughter Sherry Taylor; and his siblings, Jack Taylor (Patsy), Kirk Taylor, Kathy Horton (Joe) and Rinda Hicks (Maurice). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
