He is survived by: his children, Debra Watkins of Douglas, GA, Leetha Sampley of Morton, MS, Michael Watkins of Nicholls, GA and John Burke of Quitman, MS. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
