He is survived by: his parents, Scotty Paul Sullivan Sr. and Terri Kellett Sullivan; his sister Ashley Sullivan Thorne (Ryan); his nephews, Jace Atkins and Brantley Thorne; his niece Amelia Blake Thorne; his close friend Danielle Sullivan; and his grandparents, Olan W. Sullivan and Bettie Jean Sullivan.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Oak Grove Church of God. A graveside service was held on Friday, September 13th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
