He was predeceased by: his parents, A. P. Tadlock and Lillian Ester Squires Tadlock; his siblings, Eddie Mae Skelton, Neal Tadlock, Lavern Layton, Leon Tadlock, Jewel Risher, Benell Ramsdell, Billy Ray Tadlock and Arthur Tadlock; and his great grandchild Michael Sawyer Hines.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Annette Huff Tadlock of Morton; his daughter Lisa McCoy (Glen) of Pisgah; his grandchild Doctor Whitney Allison McCoy; his son Billy Tadlock (Beverly) of Morton; his grandchildren, Anna Grace Tadlock, Chance Tadlock and Kristin Hines (Tyler); his great grandchildren, Lily and Dorothy; and his siblings, Sarah Ann Franklin and Roger Dale Tadlock. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
