He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Johnnie Ray Harmon, Cecil Phillips and Mary Lou Smith. He is survived by: his wife Brittany Phillips; his children, Braylon Lucas Phillips, Nicholi William Phillips, Joah Travis and Jonlyn Rae Phillips; his parents, Mike Phillips and Karol Phillips; his brothers, Justin Phillips and Matthew Phillips (Whitney Phillips); his grandmother Bonnie Jean Harmon; and his nephews, NeKodha, Tristin, Jaden and John Rylee Phillips.
