He is survived by: his wife Dialene Keeton of Forest, MS; his children, Neal D. Keeton, Jr. of Jacksonville, FL, Leviticus Keeton of Morton, MS, Jamie White of Houston, TX, Reginald White of Lubbock, Malcolm McBride of London, England, Kelvin McBride of Jackson, MS, Quentina White of Forest, MS and Makeba White of Brandon, MS; and his siblings, Gloria Parker of Laurel, MS, Ruby Satcher of Laurel, MS, Beverly Portis of Jackson, MS, Archie L. Keeton, Sr. of Morton, MS, Gerald Keeton, Sr. of Morton, MS and Fred Jerome Keeton of Las Vegas, NV. He is also survived by twenty one grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; Also, a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
