She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Newton Munn and Florence Elizabeth Stevenson Munn; her husband Bryan Wilson Polk; her sons, Sammy and Keith Polk; and her siblings, Ruth Measels, V. W. Munn, Christine Thompson and Harvey C. Munn.
She is survived by: her children, Rudy Polk (Pat), Ted Polk (Debra), Roger Polk (Linda), Mark Polk (Patty) and Elizabeth Polk; and her sister Betty Wade.
