She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Long; her parents, Charlie Ray Massey and Lawana Massey; her daughter Darla J. Peterson; her grandson Jamie Long; and her siblings, James Massey, Jessie Massey and Fay Gray.
She is survived by: her children, Phillip Peterson (Connie) of Morton, Eddie Peterson (Gale) of Lena, Tommy Peterson (Karen), Debbie Smith (Allen) of Pearl, Dwayne Peterson (Sherry), Norman Long (Mary Jane) of Brandon and Tony Long (Amanda) of Puckett; her siblings, Ray Massey (Geraldine) and Jewel Smith; her siblings-in-law, Faye Sullivan of Morton and Prentice Long (Vickie) of Holly Bush; and her close friends, Brenda Huff and Deborah. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren and a host of friends.
