He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Gene "Pete" Sistrunk of Sebastopol and Bobbie Nell Gainey Sistrunk of Morton; and his brother Curtis Dewayne Sistrunk. He is survived by: his wife Carol Cooper of Morton; his children, Wendy Stuart, Amanda Patrick, Doug Stuart and Nathan Patrick; his grandchildren, Lexey Stuart, Jett Stuart, Peyton Patrick and Cason Patrick; his siblings, Deborah Robinson (Howell), Pam Babb (Danny) of Carthage and Dennis Ray Sistrunk (Alice) of Puckett; his sister-in-law Jamie Ayles (Rodney); his uncles, Maxwell and Randall Gainey; and his aunt Nancy Gainey. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and great-nieces and many special cousins.
