He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Crotwell and Annie Lucille Lum Crotwell; and his brother Jerry Crotwell. He is survived by: his wife Kim Crotwell of Morton; his stepdaughters, Nicole Sullivan of Brandon and Andrea Peterson (Lance) of Brandon; his brother Terry Crotwell of Morton; his aunt Louise Miles; and his stepgrandchildren, Audrey Peterson and Ben Peterson. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in his honor to Pulaski Cemetery or Homewood Baptist Church.
