He was predeceased by: his parents, Cletus Hamilton and Ethel Hamilton; and his brothers, Tommy, Charlie, Henry Hamilton, Neice and Punkin May (Audrey Faye Richard).
He is survived by: his siblings, Billy Hamilton (Gloria), John Hamilton, Sammie Searcy (Dwight), Becky May (Grayson) and Josie Hamilton; his daughter Hannah Gwaltney (James); and his grandchildren, Launa Mae, Zack, Megan, Jacob and Samson. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
