She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Evans and Bertha Mae Monk; her husband James T. O'Bannon (Buster); and her siblings, Ernest Neil "Red" Evans, Charles Medford "Pete" Evans, Penny Merle Evans Gill and Iris Lauverne Evans Mabry.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Diane Smith (Tommy) of Brandon, MS and Dena O'Bannon Risher (Hal) of Braselton, GA; her brother Jerry Evans; her grandchildren, Megan Winstead of Kelly Conn, Adam Smith and Macaulay Gibson; and her great grandchildren, Anna Laura Saxton, Layla Kate Smith, Dylan Cotton of Hunter Conn, Jacob Cotton, Lawson Cotton, Charlie Winstead and James Gibson Winstead.
