He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lee Park and Joseph Austin Park; his grandparents, Joseph Park, Kattie "Kate" Bell Moore and Lee Austin "Buddy" Moore; and his aunts, Lisa Moore Warren and Susie Moore Morgan.
He is survived by: his brother Paul Smith; his parents, Shane Park and Jodi Park of Forest; his grandmother Carolyn Park of Forest; and his stepgrandmother Lynette Park of Carthage.
