He was predeceased by: his former spouse Shirley Yvonne Tadlock; his parents, Hez Jackson Hollingworth and Leona Ott Hollingsworth; his former wife Shirley Tadlock Hollingsworth; his siblings, Travis Hollingsworth, Sadie Daniels, Ina Welch, Teague, Lodena Waldrop and Jean Garrett; his son Tommy Fairchild; and his son-in-law Latrelle Ashley.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Fairchild Hollingsworth; and his children, Dena Hollingsworth Gray (Bob), Hez Lamar Hollingsworth (Suzanne), Charles Fairchild (Jill), Lanee Fairchild Ashley and Melanie Fairchild Crain (Bruce). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and scores of nieces and nephews.
