He was predeceased by: his parents, L. E. Griffin and Vena Griffin; and his siblings, Bertha Colyer and Charles E. Griffin. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary H. McKinney, Lena Evelyn Cumberland (John), Lee Griffin, David Griffin (Modena), Hughy Griffin (Peggy) and Leonard Griffin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Ott & Lee Funeral Homes - Morton (3555 US-80, Morton, MS 39117). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Morton Memorial Gardens (2080 Morris Tullos Dr, Morton, MS 39117).
