He was predeceased by: his wife Nan Coleman Finch; his grandmother C. Finch; his parents, Henry Finch Sr. and Reba Finch; and his sister Ruby Lee Stuart.

He is survived by: his daughter Kendred Griffin (Michael) of Morton; his grandsons, Garrett and William; and his sisters, Rubye Jewel Allen and Mary Ann Easterling of Pelahatchie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
