She was predeceased by: her husband Floyd Ellis Garland; and her parents, Frank M. Bell and Georgia Culpepper Bell. She is survived by: her children, Sonny Garland (Joan) of Morton and Shirley Beatty (Lester) of Morton; and her brother L. D. Bell of Ruston, LA. She is also survived by five grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.
