He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Porter and Adeal Wilkerson Porter; and his siblings, Peggy Jewel Porter, Maxine Martin, Mella Porter and McArthur Porter.
He is survived by: his wife Sarah Porter of Morton, MS; his children, Addeal Giles (Rickey) of Morton, MS and T. J. Porter (Amanda) of Morton, MS; his siblings, Betty Tanner of Tuscaloosa, AL and William Porter (Terri) of Morton, MS; and his grandchildren, Hallie Grace Porter and Tanner Porter. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
