She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Stewart and Kittie Boswell; her husband Martin E. Penn; and her son James Martin Stewart. She is survived by: her daughter Janell Beaver; her sisters, Jackie Merritt and Pat Pope; and her sister-in-law Mary Stewart. She is also survived by three grandchildren, and six great grandchildren.
