He is survived by: his wife Virginia Carlisle of Polkville, MS; his children, Jena Phillips (Justin) of Polkville, MS, Joe Carlisle (Carrie) of Polkville, MS, Jeff Carlisle (Dannette) of Forest, MS, John Carlisle (Leah) of White Oak, MS and Jeremy Carlisle of Polkville, MS; and his siblings, Margaret Brown of Amarillo, TX and John Robert Byars of Pascagoula, MS. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; one great grandchild; and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
