Carl O'Neil Lay Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 16, 2022, at the age of 88, Carl O'Neil Lay (Morton, Mississippi) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Hilda Lay of Conehatta, MS; his parents, Carl Lay and Beatrice Lay; and his sister Patricia Horn. He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie Alford of Forest, MS; his siblings, Gerald Lay (Lillian) of Pearl, MS and Etoyle Sherman (Wayne) of New Smyrna, FL; and his brothers-in-law, Tommy Horn of Flora, MS and Marion Bufkin (Shirley) of Decatur, MS. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
