He was predeceased by: his parents, Leatus T. Gailey and Nettie C. McGinnis; and his wife Janice. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan L. Payne of Madison, MS and Laurie J. Howren of Kennesaw, GA; his sons-in-law, Christopher C. Payne and Christopher G. Howren; his grandchildren, Lauren Payne, Jacob Payne, Griffin Howren, Eli Howren, Jackson Payne and Sam Howren; and his sister Irene O'Kelley of Commerce, GA.
