He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulyce Harpe and Pearl Martin Harpe; his husband Sam Boone; his brothers, Arthur Cole Harpe (Doogie) and Jack William Harpe (Man); and his nephew Jack W. Harpe, Jr. (Little Jack).
He is survived by: his sisters, Altus Harpe Rhodes (Lamar), Mary Kate Harpe Knight (Lee Edwin) and Helen Harpe Lawrence (Richard); his sister-in-law Frances Harpe Williams; his nieces and nephews, Judy Rhodes Davis, Renae Knight, Carlotta Knight Edwards, Rhonda Lawrence Bean, Cindy Callicott Laseter, Jim Rhodes, Randy Knight, Taylor Callicott and Ricky Lee Lawrence; and also, Barbara Jean Boone Clark (Curtis), Vickie Boone Blaylock (Lewis) and Danny Boone (Nancy). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren.
