He is survived by: his wife Sharon Nikolaisen Smith; his brothers, Keith Smith and Chris Smith (Pam); his nieces and nephews, Jody Smith, Keith Smith, Jr., Rylye Smith and Raylin Smith; his stepmother Mary Jean Smith; and his close friend Kimberly Platt.
