She was predeceased by: her parent Murry Prestage; her husband Hosey Elton Stewart; her grandson Dylan Farquhar; her great grandchildren, Samuel and Jordan Hollinger; and her brothers, Murry Prestage Jr., Lamar Prestage, John Prestage and Jimmy Prestage.
She is survived by: her children, Helen Stewart of Pearl, MS, Carolyn McKay (William) of Pearl, MS, Teresa Johnston of Morton, MS, Jennifer Farquhar of Pear, MS and Joanie Stewart (Lucky Kumar) of Brandon, MS; and her brothers, Willie Edmon Prestage of Morton, MS, Jessie Lee Prestage of Morton, MS, Roger Earl Prestage of Morton, MS and Billy Ray Prestage of Morton, MS.
