She was predeceased by: her parents, Hershel Butler and Mary Elizabeth Crunk Butler; her stepfather James Connors; and her siblings, Judith Elaine Jones, Jimmy Lee Butler, Ronnie Dale Butler and Luther Wayne Butler.
She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Blalock (Ricky Cannon), Richard S. Blalock, Jr. (Holly), Mitzie Ward (Jeff) and James Keith Blalock (Diane); and her sister Connie Foster. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
