He is survived by : his children, Nicky Rutledge (LeeAnna), Marty Rutledge (Tara) and Mikki Blystone (Greg); his grandchildren, Shannon Rutledge, Destiny Kulovitz (Nathan), Alstin Rutledge, Laynee Rutledge, Zayne Fountain and Braydon Fountain; and his great grandchild Chandler Imel.
