She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Edward Summers and Mary Lou Gunter Summers; her brothers-in-law, Lamar Dillard and David Knight; and her nephew Brad Dillard.

She is survived by: her husband Phillip Ray Webb; her child Missy; her grandchildren, Andrew, Erin, Ethan, Jones, Robbie Ruth, Haven and Halle; and her sisters, Meredith Dillard, Carol Horton (Gerald), Connie Collins (Nate) and Donna Knight. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

At the family's request, friends and family are encouraged to wear masks and practice social distancing.
