She was predeceased by : her parents, Cecil Nelph Brown and Lola Barber Brown; her husband Joe Earl Hunt; and her siblings, Ann Osberg and Cecil Brown.

She is survived by : her children, Lola Padgett (Larry) of Saint Augustine, David Hunt (Kathleen) of Eggville Community, Ruth Ann Osborne (Bruce) of Jacksonville and Tammy Cherry (Bill) of Mantachie; her sister-in-law Helen Powell; her niece Annette Witt; and her nephew Allen Brown. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
