She was predeceased by : her parents, Hollis Hinds and Dorothy Hinds Latch; her brothers, Terry Hinds and Charles Hinds; and her grandson Ethan Scott Priest Coggin.

She is survived by : her husband Bert Bowden of Mooreville; her children, Kim Dillon (Jesse) of Mooreville, Marty Bowden (Jami) of Mobile, Ala. and David Melton of Mooreville; her grandchildren, Shana, Alex, Dylan, Haley, Londyn, Payton and Eli; her great grandchild Jayden; her goddaughter Elena; her siblings, Karen Patrick (Brad) and Rickey Hinds (Chris); her close friend Teresa Keith of Auburn Community; and her sister-in-law Bobbie Hinds. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
