He is survived by: his mother Shirley Ann Barnes Frederick of Palmetto; his wife Deborah Lynn Morgan Frederick; his caregiver Debbie Frederick of Mooreville; his children, Forrest Frederick of Dallas, TX and Dr. Tarrah Frederick of Jackson, TN; his sister Wendy Pound (Chuck); his father-in-law Gene Morgan of Mooreville; and his siblings-in-law, Pat Long of Tupelo and Randy Morgan (Melba) of Tupelo.
