It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Oliver Faust of Mooreville, Mississippi, born in Tupelo, Mississippi, who passed away on June 20, 2024, at the age of 16, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his parents, David Faust (Alexandria Leathers Faust) of Mooreville and Alexandria "Alex" Faust of Ballardsville; his grandparents, David, Jennifer Faust of Mooreville, Shannon Grugel of Saltillo and Greg Leathers of Memphis; his great-grandparent Sue Portier of Tupelo; his sisters, Ella Faust, Rylea Parker, Lydia Tackett, Abigail Johnston and Cadence Reese; his uncle Jackie (Aaron Gardner); and his close friend Master Jonathan Hedrick.

Visitation was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mooreville School (115 Rd 1429, Mooreville, MS 38857). A celebration of life was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
