He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Woods and Lera Woods; his daughter Lisa Woods Finney; and his brothers-in-law, William "Bub" Yielding, Richard Davis, John Chaney and Jim Turner.
He is survived by : his wife Earline Keith Woods; his daughters, Anita Eskew (Marvin) of Cleveland, TN and Amy Worsham (Wayne) of Mooreville, MS; his grandchildren, Tara Eskew Simmons (Bert), Ryan Eskew, Aubree Eskew Lee (Seth), Austin Eskew, Jon Taylor Worsham, Clay Finney and Emma Worsham; his great grandchildren, Hunter Simmons, Carson Simmons, Theo Lee and Fletcher Lee; his sisters, Laverne Davis of Cleveland, TN, Charlotte Turner of Tremont and Sherry Chaney of Delta City; and his sister-in-law Linda Yielding of Mantachie. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
