She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, James Tucker and Della Tucker; her husband Sam Gilmore; her children, Tena Fowler (Gilbert), Tonge Posey, Tesha Todd (Andy), Tonie Franks and Sam Gilmore Jr.; her sister Frankie Jones; her granddaughters, Angie Crane, Felicia Parnell and Jessica Jeffries; and her son-in-law David Posey. She was also cherished by 21 grandchildren, 31 great-grandchildren.
