He is survived by: his wife Lynda Rhymes Clay of Monticello, MS; and his sons, Trace Clay of Slidell, LA, Scott Clay (Kathy) of Arlington, TX, Mark Clay (Vicki) of Monticello, MS, Mike Clay (Becky) of Brandon, MS and Shellie Stassi (Jeff) of Deforest, WI. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
