He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Max Neal and Gladys King Neal; his sister Cheryl McGrew; and his nephew Scotty Sanders. He is survived by: his wife Fannie Lou Neal; his children, Jody Neal (Susan), Tina Kirkland (Wayne), Robin Lambert (Chad) and Kenny Neal (Pam); his sister Rita Wallace; and his grandchildren, Raylea Lambert, Kayla Oakes, Joseph Neal, Justin Neal, Cheyenne Waldrop and Alyssa Brister.
