He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Bethel and Mary Bloodworth Mayhugh; and his wife Jo Ann Mayhugh. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Mayhugh Jr. (Renee), Temo Mayhugh (Karina) and Patti Roberts (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Dawn, Drew, Amanda, Zach, Chase, Blake, Anna Beth and Brooke; and his sister Katherine Thompkins. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
