He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Dear and Kathrine Dear of Hazlehurst; his daughter Janice DeLynn Dear; and his brother Edwin Dear. He is survived by: his wife Janice Fortenberry Dear; his daughter Kristi Green (Michael) of Liberty Lake, Washington; and his grandchildren, Mason Green, Bryan Delzer and Isabelle Delzer. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
