He was predeceased by: his parents, James Tally and Martha Ann Williamson Fuller; his brothers, Talmadge Fuller, Elwood Fuller, Jimmy Fuller, Willie Fuller and Leroy Fuller; and his granddaughter Shelbie Lynn Fuller.
He is survived by: his sons, Mike Fuller of Monticello and Joe A. Fuller of Bogue Chitto; his grandsons, Jake Fuller, Aubrey Fuller, Tristan Fuller and Zachary Fuller; his siblings, Carroll Fuller, Annie Goza, Mary Thornhill, Martha Lambert, Sally Grayson and Linda Lambert; and his great grandchildren, Preslie Fuller and Easton Fuller.
