She was predeceased by: her parents, Amel Hammond and Willie Mae Hammond; and her husband Curtis Kirkland. She is survived by: her children, Tyson Kirkland (Casey) of Brookhaven, MS, Wayne Kirkland (Tina) of Monticello, MS and Tiffney Barnes of Monticello, MS; her grandchildren, Tyler Davis, Trey Kirkland, Maddux Kirkland, Alissa Barnes, Ava Kirkland, Jake Kirkland, Hadley Davis and Hudson Davis; her great grandchild Haven White; and her sister Peggy Harvey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
