He is survived by: his wife Opal Parkman of Monticello, MS; his children, Ricky Parkman (Machelle) of Cullman, AL and Donna Parkman Reaves (Phillip) of Cullman, AL; and his siblings, John Estes Parkman, Jack Smith, Terrell Smith, Tom Smith, Tony Smith and Opal Oliver. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 23 Great grandchildren and 1 Great-Great grandchild.
