She was predeceased by: her husband George Tyrone; her sons, Glenn Tyrone and Ricky Tyrone; and her parents, Jewel Ed Douglas and Ollie Smith Douglas.

She is survived by: her children, Randy Tyrone (Melinda) of Monticello, MS and Susie Tyrone Mann (Logan) of Jackson, MS; her daughter-in-law Mary Ann Martin (Greg); her grandchildren, Jessica Mangum (Carl), Kayla Boyles (Brad) and Travis Tyrone (Rachel); and her great grandchildren, Levi Mangum, Huston Mangum, Georgia Mangum, Brelynn Boyles and Jordan Tyrone.

Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Wanilla Baptist Church (997 Smith Ferry Rd, Monticello, MS 39654). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the Wanilla Baptist Church Cemetery (997 Smith Ferry Rd, Monticello, MS 39654).
