He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Lee Stewart; his grandparents, Marion H. and Dorothy Smith; and his great-grandparent Jewel Gregory. He is survived by: his mother Betty Hoffman; his wife Stacy Stewart; his daughter Trish Smith (Shane); his grandson Gunner Smith (Julie); his sister Elizabeth Stewart Boudreaux (Ray); his nephew Ray Boudreaux, Jr.; his niece Savannah Boudreaux; his brothers-in-law, Terry Stanley (Billie) and Robert Simmons (Dana); and his close friends, Anna, Joey Durr, Brad, Kiley McClendon, Suzy Coker, Robin Thurman and Eddie "Steady" Ervin. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
