He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Boutwell and Frankie Alford Boutwell of Lawrence County, MS.; his wife Edwina Boutwell; and his brothers, Clifteen Boutwell, Ronnie Boutwell, Robbie Boutwell and Danny Boutwell.
He is survived by: his daughter Sonya Mahaffey of Monticello; his siblings, Terry Boutwell of Brandon, MS, Jerry Boutwell of Monticello, Diane Calcote of Jayess and Linda Pearl Harper of Jayess, MS; his grandchildren, Shane Boutwell, Jeana Lambert, Bradi Hearn and Sawyer Mahaffey; his great grandchildren, Tanner Boutwell, Kade Boutwell, Riley Lambert, Fanci Lambert, Hayleigh Hearn and Brayleigh Hearn; and his great great grandchild Kaisleigh Boutwell.
